Fitness and nutrition have always been at the heart of who I am. Through weightlifting, I discovered my strength. Through proper nutrition, I found my potential and more importantly, I discovered what it truly feels like to feel confident, energized, and at my best. Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same by providing the education and support needed to build a healthier, happier lifestyle.

I am a Registered Dietitian licensed in the state of Florida and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I completed my Dietetic Internship with Priority Nutrition Care after earning my second Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of North Florida, and I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Saginaw Valley State University. My decision to return to school for dietetics was rooted in a genuine love for learning and a deep desire to have a well-rounded education to serve my clients with the highest level of care.

My path to wellness has been one of growth and self-discovery. While I grew up active and involved in sports, my relationship with health evolved over time. During college, I faced the challenges of stress, shifting routines, and feeling disconnected from my body. Like many, I searched for answers in places that promised quick results, only to realize that true transformation comes from understanding, patience, and nourishment.

It wasn’t until I embraced weightlifting and intentional fueling that everything changed. I learned how to support my body, not punish it. In doing so, I found confidence, strength, and clarity. This journey eventually led me to compete in body building competitions. Though I’ve stepped away from the stage, the discipline, self-awareness, and respect for balance shaped the coach I am today.

Today, I believe in a refined, sustainable approach to wellness — one that honors balance, self-care, and consistency without extremes. Health should enhance your life, not consume it. My mission is to empower my clients with realistic strategies, sustainable habits, and a healthier relationship with food and movement.
