My approach to health and fitness has evolved through both education and personal experience. Like many people, I’ve navigated periods of stress, shifting routines, and disconnect from my body.
Through evidence-based nutrition and intentional training, I learned to support my body rather than work against it. A perspective that continues to shape how I coach today, as I believe health should enhance your life, not consume it.
My goal is to help clients build realistic habits, develop confidence around food and movement, and create progress that lasts beyond a single program.
